Hello,
I am trying to configure my E-training Desktop version, and it is stopping at the ANT+ page, not detecting the USB STick.
The same USB STick is working normally within my Garmin Express, and i synchronize my Garmin 910XT with it.
I am using the Original Garmin stick that comes with the forerunner 910XT.
Is there anything that i can do?
USB ANT+ Detection

Re: USB ANT+ Detection
Could we have a feedback or an answer from Elite? I've got the same behavior (garmin ant+ stick works with my garmin but not recognized by etraining software even when all garmin apps are closed) and has sent a email to customer care.
Forum is useless if solutions are only shared by emails.
Thanks

@guillaume_hamon
Here I am. Sorry for the delay, we don't check the forum daily (expecially in the winter season).
You have to check if there's some Garmin process still opened in Windows Task Manager and kill them. Close the program may not be enough, as some process may remain in the background and keep the ant dongle occupied.
Regards

Re: USB ANT+ Detection
Same issue here....
No ant+ detected... At first I had no other program running than Elite Real for windows....
For more than an 1 hours i tried to connect without any luck.
The on youtube I found a video from Zwift, and downloaded that program, and wupti...... connection right away. To the trainer and my pulse belt.
Then I tried once more in Elite Real, and still no result !
All things work on my Android device 100 % from Elite... But PC is a big NO !

Re: USB ANT+ Detection
I am having a hard hard time getting the trainer to change resistance at all on any elevation gain. I've tried a Motorola, iPhone 5 and a MacBook, used bluetooth and my Garmin ANT. HELP! I paid for this trainer just so I could have the resistance change!!!
