The videos don’t seem to download on my pc anymore. I can download them on my phone. But the phone and pc don’t sync with each other.
Why would there be an issue downloading the videos when I’ve been able to in the past.

Re: Elite - My E Training Software
Hi
Usually this kind of issues are due to windows user permissions.
Basically, Windows doesn't allow you to save the videos in the default folder (and this may also be due to some windows update, that explains why before you were able to save them in the same folder).
Please try in this way:
- create on your desktop a new folder
- run my e-training Desktop
- select settings
- the latest option is where the file are saved; change the location and select the folder you've created on your desktop instead
- try to download a video
This should solve the problem.
If it is not so, please contact the customer care following the instructions that you can find by clicking on the contact icon in my e-training Desktop.
