I`ve got the same problem uninstalled and reinstalled twice still not working , I am running windows 10 does that make a difference ?

What formats will the files be exported from this app? how will they be stored on my ipod touch?

And are these files then able to be uploaded to garmin connect or strava?

Any update on this ? I have the same problem on a windows 10 laptop. Ive uninstalled several times and still the same, it loads and goes to the Setup screen within the app then just closes.
So frustrating when you spen £850 on a new trainer then the crappy piece of software wont work and the support is rubbish !!!!
If this cant be fixed might take it back and exchange for a Saris !

Tragisch wie viele Nutzer das selbe Problem haben !!!
Neu installieren nützt nichts, nach der ersten Konfigurationsseite schliesst das Programm immer wieder...
Dazu kommt auch immer die Meldung das die Datei ungültig sei...
Für diese Preisklasse doch schon recht schei..e

Tragico quanti utenti hanno lo stesso problema!
Reinstallare è inutile, dopo la prima pagina di configurazione il programma si chiude sempre di nuovo...
Inoltre c'è sempre il messaggio che il file non è valido...
Per questa fascia di prezzo già abbastanza mer..

Je viens d'acheter un nouveau Turno et d'installer l'app sur mon pc mais dés que je veux l'ouvrir elle cesse de fonctionnerdirectement!

Hi all, I just managed to make the app work on Windows10. the step I followed, maybe it will work for you:
1) unistall from PC
2)remove from C:\Users\"user_name"\AppData\Roaming the folder named MyETraining
3)installed the app on my iPhone
4)added all the personal setting there, including personal data, hearth beat ranges, trainer/sensors details
5)saved the data
6)download the my training again on the PC (windows 10)
7) the program start just fine, when I reach the first page, which usually cause the program to crash, it worked just fine as all data were already there!!!
8) tried to couple to the trainer (I have a Suito Elite)
IT WORKS!!!!
