App doesn't work after update

Hello,

several bugs occurred in MyETrainingApp, probably after the last week update:

- age in Profile can't be set; that means if I set the age, right after save the value disappears
- as a result, training can't be started; I only get message "Age not set" (see the attachment)
- using Misuro B+, app no longer detects it as Power sensor

This together makes the app completely useless.

I have tried to delete the app, logout, etc., nothing helps. Even tried to set my age in desktop app, it was reset, again.

I have the same problem. I now can’t do any training today because it says my age is not input??? Tried everything. This app is so bad at times.

Same problem for me as well...
It's not possible to save the birth date and for this reason is not possible to do any training.
I think that a new update is necessary to fix this very annoying problem.

I'd like to emphasize that there are actually two problems mentioned in the original post.

The seconds one is incorrect detection of Misuro B+ sensor.

Very disappointed right now that Elite & the Moderators on this site have not responded to anything that has been happening. People have been spending lots of money on trainers which do not work.
As this issue continues to run, then we will be looking to adjust our subscriptions to the app going forward ??
& we just want an answer?

Same problem here with DRIVO. The birthdate seems to be recorded but as soon as I try to use a training program I have the message "age not set". I lost at least 1 hour of my time with that, I redownloaded the app in app store, I called twice Elite in Italy by phone and I mentioned my problem to one guy but he was not able to transfer my call to the appropriate service.
Of course I sent as well an e-mail and here I am in the forum for my first post...

One word: Incompetent!!!
One solution: Do not link the training programs condition to start with a valid birthdate recorded in the system...
