RealVideo not working with projector

Has anyone done this before or know how to do it? I can use RealVideo without a problem on my laptop and it works fine. However, when I connect my laptop to a projector screen, I do not get the "landscape course" image. Everything else on the screen projects fine but not the live feed from the course. Is this possible to do? I am hoping someone that is more tech-savvy then me has found a work-around. Thanks for any help,

I have a real turbo muin ant+ and i was of windows 7. I haven't any problem with the projector.
I buy a new PC with windows 10 for 3 weeks and now i have exactly the same problem as you!
Have you an answer from Elite for this problem?
