Pedaling Analysis

Postby Steve Rode » Fri Mar 17, 2017 11:09 pm

I have downloaded the pedaling analysis and used it this morning and it works well except the orientation needs changed so the left / right circles are horizontal, and not vertical as they are now. I know this is done with the angle for the location of the cadence sensor relative to the crank but can't find any directions on how to estimate that to enter. My cadence sensor is located below the chain stay about 12 cm back from the center of the crank along the line between the center of the crank and the skewer. it's 6 cm below that line. The distance from the center of the crank to the skewer center is 43 cm. With that, how do I figure out what to put in the angle field in the app to get the correct orientation of the diagram?

Hi Steve

Probably there has been an error in setting the angle or in positioning the sensor.

Please take a look at this document:

In particular, have a look at this picture:

Can you post a photo of how did you put the sensor, similar to the image below?
Can you tell me which value of angle did you set in the app settings?

Hi !

is only possible to use the pedaling analysis software with the cadence sensor installed in the chainstays ??

What about if i use mi regular cadence bluetooth sensor installed in the crank ?

Thanks for your attention,
