Pairing Real Turbo Muin with Ant+

I have bought a Real Turbo Muin (2015) and running MyEtraining software on a Mac. I couldn't connect the Real Turbo Muin to the Ant+ device. The Ant+ is plug in a USB port and functional under system information of the Mac. I have tried two different Ant+ with no success. I have also tried on a Windows laptop with same results as the Mac . I have read on this forum that I need to enter the serial number of the Real Turbo Muin in the software parameters. But where can I enter the serial number? Any help on how to pair my Real Turbo Muin with MyEtraining software and Ant+ will be appreciate. Thanks!

I usually choose Zwift Cycling 101 workouts via Bluetooth. The Turbo Muin and the Real Turbo Muin B+ are two different versions and the first one was introduced before the Bluetooth and ANT sub-protocols were accepted by the majority of fitness equipment developers.
