il software My e-training sarà aggiornato per supportare il RealAxiom versione ANT con firmware non aggiornabile ANT+ FE-C?

Aggiungo che nell’app mobile, è presente il mio rullo, invece nella versione desktop non c’è!

Confermo che prossimamente aggiungeremo il supporto per i trainer ant anche sulla versione Desktop.
Non abbiamo ancora una data per la release.

I have the Realtour ANT+ which, as I’ve just found out, is also not yet supported by the Desktop app! I thought the Desktop app would get rid of the “hit and miss” frustration that I have experienced trying to get the Wahoo ANT+ dongle to work with the IOS app. This means, as we approach 2020, the only way I can reliably use my Elite turbo trainer with Elite software is by downloading the out of date and unsupported eliteREAL software. When do you expect to support your once flagship REAL turbo trainers and your customers who paid £400 plus for them, with a supported Desktop App? You are well aware that these trainers already have dongle problems with the IOS app. Please prioritise.

Le risposte che forniscono anche per email sono sempre le stesse "stiamo lavorando per includere la compatibilità a questi rulli ma ad ora non abbiamo una data certa".
Praticamente il vecchio software Real Elite è stato abbandonato nello sviluppo (e sono d'accordo) però bisognava fornire fin da subito un'alternativa a questi rulli, soprattutto le prime versioni come il mio che non ha firmware aggiornabile ed è con sistema proprietario ANT, non è nemmeno ANT+ almeno quest'ultimo avrebbe permesso di sfruttarlo con un Garmin per esempio.
Tutti i rulli nuovi essendo dotati di Bluetooth hanno una vasta gamma di software in rete da poter scegliere, mentre con questi (saranno anche vecchi ma sono costati 1000€) si è purtroppo vincolati.
Attendiamo aggiornamento, anche versione Beta!

I also have a Realaxiom ANT without "updatable firmware". I would be very interested to use the e-training app...

I still have to use Real software version 6.2 from 2012.
Versions 7 and 8 are useless to me because they don't offer the option for fullscreen video.
That is quite disappointing for such an expensive trainer
