I have just done a 45min workout using the app. Everything was showing up during the workout (inc power this time!!!) but when i went into history it says the mode and has 00:00:00 as the duration. In the top right in between the ? and Q i have a never ending circle that rotates (after i have pressed on the workout) I assume this s the app trying to recover the info of the workout. I have left this for up to 20minutes and still nothing appears???
Can you please explain what is wrong. I have already sent emails but get no reply!!!!

Here! The same happend to me yesterday! Training data is gone. Hope that Elite could safe my Training data on the Server. So please send the tcx file on my mail (elite username adress).

It would have been saved..Just check in your manage portion..U will find your track history there myccpay
