How difficult is the myETraining to use

Looking to get e replacement trainer, wondering how difficult it is to use/suggestions. Is it intuitive.
I have been using a RealTour for the past 4-5 years. Figured out all the nuances of it.
Mainly I will be wanting to download myrealvideos.

I've only used a couple of myrealvideos so far. My experience is that the gradient changes are sometimes not quite in sync with the video, but they still represent a good and rewarding workout. I've downloaded quite a few more myrealvideos to use over the winter, am quite looking forward to climbing Alpe d'Huez and the Izoard etc!
