Skip segments in Trainings, adjustment of difficulty

Hi there,
I've startet doing my trainings on a Direto XR with My e-training on macOS and iOS, using my created workouts in Program Mode.
It happens that intervals/segments turn out to be too hard, too long or too short while exercising. In that case, I would like to skip forward to the beginning of the next or skip back to the end of the previous segment.I couldn't find out how to do so, is this possible in My e-training?
Another point: Especially when doing hard workouts (e.g. 2x13x30s at 135% FTP or VO2max intervals), I often come to the point where I would like to turn the power _slightly_ up or down. I can adjust difficulty by plus or minus 5% while doing a workout, but at higher power levels, this might lead to adjustments of +/- 20 Watt, which is simply too big. Is there a way to adjust power in smaller steps while exercising?
