no cadence in osx (Catalina) desktop app

I cannot see (because disabled) cadence data sent by suito-T to osx (Catalina) my-e-training desktop app (v.1.11.4 (161) / suito firmware 191/hardware version 005.
whilst android app shows it:
- cadence not detected
