App will not start Calibration Process

I have tried many times recently to calibrate my Direto with no success. I had no problems previously.
I select Trainer Calibration -> OK (I have been using the trainer for more than 10 minutes) and nothing happens.
I do not get instructions to start peddling or increase speed.
I am using Version 3.17.3 on an iPhone 6s (IOS 14.6)

Hi

try by uninstall the app and install it again.
If the problem persists, contact the customer care directly from the app (Settings - general - contact us) adding as more information as possible (trainer model, app version, smartphone model...)
