My e-training doesn't see new Elite Turno 2017

Hello,
bellow I describe my problem.
I bought Elite Turno Trainer 2017 (Misuro b+).
I have USB ANT+ Stick dongle in my PC(with windows 10).
For instance in Golden Cheetah app everything is connected that's mean that my dongle is ok. Program shows speed, cadence, power etc from Elite Turno Trainer.
The problem is in the Elite My eTraining app.
Firstly the App hasn't got Elite Turno Trainer on the list(range of trainers models). And I can't connect me Device(Elite Turno) with program.
I tried to choose Elite Turbo muin on the list becouse is the most similar to his older brother - Elite Turno. But it hadn't changed anything. The app still doesn't see the Trainer.
My question is when do you fix the problem and add new model trainer (in this case Elite Turno 2017) to the app? And what can I do now? I bought this trainer with app for 12months and I have to start winter workouts
