In the evening hours, MyEtraning software is very slow or not available at all. Has anyone else experienced something similar? It seems to be something wrong with the elite server...

Usually, you can have some lag in these occasions:
- when you do the initial configuration (the app must read several data from the trainer, so it's necessary)
- when you start a training (this happens if the device is struggling to connect to the trainer)
- when you download a video (this depends on the connection you have at home and also on the time)
That's why I am quite sure that our server is not the cause of the problem.
