Suito + My E-training app crash

I have my E-Training upgraded to 1.18.4 version installed on Windows 10 Home version 22H2 OS build 19045.2604. When I launched my E-Training, it will not stay on for long and just crash in a minute. I have try to uninstall and re-install, but when I launched the app on my Windows PC, it still crashed almost all the time. What could be the problem and how can I fix this?
