Qubo smart B+ does not connect to my e-training with ANT+

Hi,

Last week registered for my e-training. With Bluetooth it is a big disaster. On Zwift as wel. So tried de ANT+ dongle (https://www.shopelite-it.com/en/sensors ... y-antusb-m) and the my e-training app tells me the dongle does not send or receive data.
With Zwift the dongle works fine.

Is there a solution so I can use the my e-training app as well with the ant+ dongle.

Qubo digital smart B+ (from week 44 of 2015) firmware 108
Apple MacBook Air 2020

If there is no solution, you can maybe refund. (Tried to make a ticket on the website, but the 5 digit SN is not accepted)

Hi

The trainer seems to power on properly?
Do you hear the usual sound (like a vibration) from the inside when you power it on?

About the ant dongle, if it's the old versione there may be some connectivity issue with the Mac. You can recognize it because it's longer than the latest version, that you can see here:

Hi,

The trainer does connect via Bluetooth to the laptop, phone and tablet. But loses connection time after time during a training.
For that reason we tried to connect with ANT +. The latest version like in your link.
With Zwift no problem and works great with ANT+. Elite training app shows a message that the ant+ dongle doesn’t receive/ send information.

But it works fine on Zwift and it is a mysterie why it doesn’t work on my e-training.

If I can’t get it working I have lost 20,99 euro.
