My ETraining Desktop

Just been reading some other posts here about this.
I got my new Direto yesterday, and it's paired with my usual software programs Bkool, VeloReality, and BigRing with no trouble and works well with my ANT+ dongle/laptop.
I had a code with the Direto, and have used it to get my free 1 year sub to My e-training desktop.
Am I missing something here or is this software as sub standard as I think?
Firstly, are there any instructions? How do I remove the MyReal videos I downloaded, and which are cluttering up my screen? How do I upload my own videos to MyReal? (I have GPS enabled bike cam).
Secondly, it's disappointing to find that if I'd paid for a sub, I would still have to pay for Elite's pro MyVideos. The user submitted MyReal videos are mostly poor quality. There's a huge number of pages to wade through in order to choose one, the filters seem to have no effect, and many of the videos are entitled 'test'! There's no info about start & finish places. I tried a few this morning; one 16 mile route ended after 1 mile, another had a huge time lag between the video and gradient data, and then when you finish the ride and upload it to Garmin Connect or whatever you use, there's no climb or map data included.
I found a post from Elite admin last November which says; "I confirm you that the export function only export the training data (not elevation and GPS)
Anyway I'll forward your request to the development team."
What a farce! All my other trainer software will export .tcx, and other formats, all of which include elevation & GPS. Forunately, the Direto being an ANT+ FE-C smart trainer can be paired with anything (using laptop & dongle) so it's no big deal really, but I'd be interested in any answers, comments and advice, as otherwise it seems a waste not to use Elite's software again.
