Bluetooth connexion impossible avec smartphone
Hi, Cannot connect my new Elite Direto XR to a smartphone via bluetooth. The connection works in Ant + with a computer. When trying to pair with the smartphone I got a message: "association refused by Direto XR". I tested with 3 differents smartphones and the result is the same, the connection is refused. An idea for a solution? Thank you

If you try to pair the trainer using the bluetooth menu of your device, you'll always get a refuse message.
You have to do the pairing directly through my e-training app (or third party apps)
