Hi, I can't seem to get ERG system set the friction on my trainer (Direto) unfortunately. Last year I didn't have any issues using ERG in my workout sessions on Zwift but this year for some reason I can't seem to be able to use ERG at all.
I tried connecting Zwift via Bluetooth and Ant+, got the same result both ways. I connect the trainer to Zwift as FE-C for Power, Cadence and Controllable options. I have calibrated the trainer multiple times as well.
So not sure what is wrong with my Trainer or what I am doing wrong to be honest. Help appreciated, thanks in advance.

Please run my e-training this time.
Select level mode (it's available even without subscription) and pedal at constant speed.
Increase gradually the level and check if you feel the resistance change or not.
If it does change, it means that the trainer is ok and the problem may be the configuration.
If it doesn't change, the problem may be on the electronic circuit board. In this case, contact our support:

Remember to specify the trainer serial number
