Hello, a week ago there was a problem with the ERG mode in zwift and rouvy.
Allow warm-up protocol should be as follows
120 watts 5 minutes
150 watts 5 minutes
170 watts 5 minutes
But the trainer in ERG mode generates 40-100 watts more power, depending on the cadence. ( ERG mode ON) When I reboot the machine (I don’t exit the programs), in the first minute power is generated normally, then it starts to grow and also becomes dependent on the cadence. And whet it goes on next interval trainer generates power more then 60 watts then it need
20 minutes after the start of the workout, the trainer starts to seem to work correctly, but still generates 5-15 watts more than the specified power.
I tried to opeb a ticket, but that service nowtime isn't work
Model of trainer is DIRETO XR

Re: Problem on DIRETO XR with ERG mode in zwift/rouvy
Hi
At which speed were you pedaling in that moment?
Minimum power depends on the speed (not on the cadence). If you were pedaling at high speed, it may be that the trainer is not capable to develop that specific power due to internal friction.
This is strange, we didn't notice any server problem. Let me know if the problem still persists

In this workouts my cadence - 76-81 rpm

And one more problem, i tried to make a training in myEtraining app(android), and in power mode, level up mode trainer doesn't react on changes

I need the speed, not the cadence. Do you remember it?

So, if you pedal at constant speed and increase the level, you don't feel any resistance variations? This may be due to the electronic circuit board, so it's necessary to investigate. It's necessary to open a ticket to the customer care service.
About the unavailable server, can you please tell me where do you live exactly?
If you try using a different device (for example a pc), do you have the same problem?
Regards

Sorry
Exercise 120 watt (generates 160-175w) speed 30-32 kmh
150 watts (generates 200-215w) speed 37-38.5 kmh
200 watts (generates 260-280w) speed 42-43 kmh

Yeah, i didn't feel any resistance.
And few minutes ago (after 30minutes of last ride, i tried again in myEtraining app, first time it goes as usually wrong, but on second attempt i have no issues, it works correctly. I don't understand why.

On PC same problem with ticket
I live in Russia

200 watts (generates 260-280w) speed 42-43 kmh
A little too fast, at that speed the trainer minimum power may be over those values.
Try again but this time pedal at a lower speed if you want that power. Try with a 25km/h. Let me know if power seems correct

That's strange... try some other time and if the problem persists write to the customer care.
It seems that the problem with the contact form is due to Russia restrictions on websites.
Instead of using the contact form, write directly an email to this address: [email protected]

i just take a look at the history of trainings when trainer works correctly, at the same track
At 140 watts speed 31.6km/h
at 160 watts speed 33,1-33,6 km/h
at 180 watts speed 34,9 km/h
at 200 watts speed 36,4 km/h
at 225 watts speed 37,8 km/h

Speed 42-43 km/h to fast for a 260-280watts, or 37-38 km/h for 200-215watts of generating power at the flat route? Really?

Re: Problem on DIRETO XR with ERG mode in zwift/rouvy
I made a short ride in rouvy . Almost flat route 12 km with 40 m of hill climb
I set up next values of power i need
1 - 90 wats for 3 minutes
2 - 110 watts for 3 minutes
3 - 130 watts for 3 minute
Result of that training u can see in attachments
1 interval trainer generates 160-165 watts
2 interval - 185-195 watts
3 interval 229-245 watts
Why u talking to me about speed in ERG mode? u want to say, that in ERG mode power depends from speed? Not speed from power??? Please tell me then, how i trained before? In ERG mode it doesn't matter how fast cadence is. And if trainer generates 150 watts, my speed will be 35-36 km/h, if 200 then 38.5-40 km/h. Speed in ERG mode is secondary parametr
at the same routes, i set up same protocols of training, and everything was fine, but last week my trainer make it's wrong. And seems like it's a software problem.
