Direto Resistance level adjust not working

Dear Forum members,

I noticed in my last trainings that the erg mode on zwift was not working on my Elite Direto. I checked my ant+ sensor, my zwift version, did a training via garmin, but all give the same feeling of a low resistance in my direto. I followed a guide on the Elite website and checked the resistance level (from 1 - 16), but it is not increasing the resistance level in the direto. Is there a way to solve it again?
