I checked my resistance - its not working

Hi - hope I can get some help.

I can't seem to get my Direto XR into the right resistance. It's way too hard, and the wattage dont match. When i'm calibrating in any app, i cant even get it over 15 km/h, even when going all out.

It says in the video, that: "The motor must be moving fluidly without being too noisy". Mine IS noisy in 1st and 16th resistance level. It gives a loud dark noise, like when you drill into a wall. And thats something new - hasn't always sounded like that. The problem is, that the video give no guidance on what to do, if the sound actually IS to noisy.

Can someone help?
