Direto XR OTS - very stiff and horrible noise at start

HELP,

My Directo XR OTS (only 2 years old), is very very stiff at start up and makes a horrible noise when you do manage to turn the pedals.

even when system is not connected to Zwift.

I have the very same issue, to the point that using the trainer is becoming impossible.
The issue started with an increasing difficulty in using zwift in erg mode.
I have opened a ticket with Elite a few days ago, but no response so far.
If you have ideas, I am ready to try.

I had been using my DiretoXRt with Fulgaz since Oct 2022 on some steep 25% gradients without issue.

Recently it has developed a real grinding noise - coincidently since i used a Zwift free month voucher - are they connected?
Also get occasional stiff - near impossible to crank the pedals.

Have recorded the noise and will send to Elite technical.

Are your issues sorted?
