Hello, I'm guessing this isn't the first time someone's asked this, but here goes. My 2018(?) Elite Direto was making some horrible noises after being in storage for a couple seasons. I pulled it apart and the belt is nearly broken and obviously needs to be replaced. A quick look on forums and support shows that this is pretty common.
So where do I get a belt from? The Elite Shop and anywhere else I've seen to order from online show that they are out of stock. And I don't see anywhere to get in touch with Elite customer support or anything, just Knowledge Base articles and the Forum.
If anyone has advice for how to reach someone at Elite, or another source, please let me know. FWIW I'm in Canada and following up with my local shop too, which so far is going nowhere.
Cheers,
Johnny

Re: Where to get a replacement belt for Direto
Hi!
Try Todson.com. They are official importers in the us for Elite. I just searched on their website and did not find the belt and pulley kit you need. But contact them and hopefully they can help. They have been awesome for me previously.
Take care,
Mark
