Upgrado won’t update firmware

Hi,

I got the Zwift ride a finally sees the firmware update for the direto. When I open the app I can connect to the trainer and it tells me that there’s an update, but as soon as I press update it fails. Does anyone know a work around?

Have you tried rebooting EVERYTHING? (Including the trainer)
