Direto - Just spinning - Belt issue or break?

Direto worked fine for about 5 months. Last ride, started slipping signficantly. Ran Calibration as I've had in past. It was WAY off. Calibration attempted this morning - tightening belt as I have in past. It was very loose strangely. Ran calibration, number was a bit better, but still way off (usually just off by a couple of digits). Tightened up a bit, ran calibration, heard a noise, and then bike just ran freely. Belt is still in position - but pedaling doesn't make belt spin.

What happened? Can this be repaired? This trainer has had calibration issues since day 1, so I have a feeling something was wrong from day 1. Please help.

It is probably a problem on the belt.
