Hi admin,

is something changed in connectivity (ant+ in my case) of the direto XR with this update ? Since i've update i ve disconnections with my garmin HR Strap and it only happens with indoor workouts...if i'm outside everything is fine.

The HR sensors are not connected to the trainer. They are connected directly with the phone/tablet/pc.
So, the problem cannot be on the trainer update.
Did you check the battery on your garmin strap?

I don't know which version of the firmware do you have in this moment.
The latest version of the firmware for Direto XR introduce the incline channel (used by the Rizer)

I wanted to do the upgrade, however when I select my trainer on upgrado I have this message: "An error occurred while updating trainers info, some models could not be recognized".
Any idea ?
I have both trainer and internet connectivity from my phone (android 11) and it was working before.
I'm currently at 073.

It seems a connection issue.
Power off both the trainer and the phone and restart them. If the problem is not solved, contact our customer care

It's the same for me. I have this message: "An error occurred while updating trainers info, some models could not be recognized". Attempts to turn off the trainer / smartphone, reinstallation of the upgrado do not help. The same message - plus the inscription "Latest version update" in the middle. Elite Upgrado Android from November 25. Motorola Action, Android 11?
The upgrade actually works on a Samsung tablet. Also Android 11. I just updated the trainer.
