Knocking sound

I have an Elite Direto II, which I purchased at the end of last year. I recently have noticed a sort of knocking sound as the resistance goes around. It is not a sound I have heard before.

It happens whether or not I am pedaling, and at any speed (slow or fast), or resistance/wattage. It does get somewhat louder the faster I’m going/higher wattage. FYI, I have checked the cassette (it is on correctly, not loose).

How can this be fixed? As its not even 1 year old, it is under warranty.

contact the customer care.
If possible, take a video in which the noise is clearly audible and upload it using a file sharing site (like www.wetransfer.com).
Add the link to the video in the email you'll sent to the customer care.
