Hi - I'm having loads of problems with a brand new Direto XR -both simulation mode and erg mode are now ramping up to really high torque - the trainer is unusable. Elite customer care have asked me to run the diagnostics and send them the output - but when I run the diagnostics the software says that it has run successfully and to follow the instructions from customer care in order to send them the output.
Customer care take ages to get back to me. Does anyone know how to find the output from the My E Training diagnostics in order to send it to Elite?
