[Direto] No resistance, 0 Watts after hard stop while training

Hi,

This is David from Barcelona, Spain.

I was training this morning in Zwift in New York after a 15% when a sudden stop happened to the trainer. The resistance during the workout was high but at that moment I knew something was wrong. It was impossible to move. No way. Totally blocked.

So I mounted down, turn power off and on again int the trainer and then all resistance was gone. Even the normal to start pedalling. It's like something broke or went out of trail and it's not there anymore.

I was tempted to open the case and check inside but I know that may invalidate the warranty. Any idea on what could be the reason and how to fix it?

Select your trainer and then click on the link to open a ticket.

The guys there will give you instructions on what to do exactly to check the belt (I think it may be broken) or the motor behavior.
Remember to mention also your trainer serial number!
