Elite Direto X problem with ERG

Hi Direto fans,
I have been using the trainer for nearly 2 years and had no problems whatsoever. But recently after taking FTP test my Direto X is having issues.
Maybe some of You guys can help me??
When i plug the power into the trainer, it makes really strange sounds (cracking) during boot procedure. It comes not form belt side but from side where You plug in the power. When I try to ride on Zwift it mostly doesnt hold power and when it does it gets very difficult to pedal. Look like I have to give higher power to spin the wheel??
When lets say i got training and want to hold 300W and then drop to 250W it doesnt drop but keep increasing power??
When I stop pedalling and Zwift deacitivates erg control I can spin pedales and resume EGR and then same again??
Did anyone had that problem?? Please help
