Direto Calibration issues

Postby syde0004 » Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:38 pm

I recently replaced the control board (around a month ago) in my Direto and have been soft pedaling and not Zwift racing since. I hopped in a race today and noticed a pretty big difference in my power output so I figured I’d check if it needed to be calibrated. I ran the calibration in the MyETraining app and it came back with 6196 vs my offset value of 6279. I went through the steps in the instructional video on how to loosen the lock screw and tighten the belt screw. The belt screw is REALLY tight so I was a little afraid of breaking it. I made it around a half a turn and tightened the lock screw and tried the calibration again. It came back at 6197. I’m a little baffled at what to do next. Do I need a new belt? Not really sure where to go from here. Does anybody have any ideas?

Replacing the electronic board shouldn't affect the offset.
