Problem with measure power and cadence

My device was purchased 2 weeks ago. At first it worked correctly. Now
connects to devices, but does not measure power and cadence. What could be
the reason?

Does it behave the same both in the MyeTraining app and other apps like Zwift/RGT/etc?

Speed is properly shown?
If it is so, probably it's due to a wrong configuration.

Do again the complete configuration and pay attention: when you're asked if you have external power/cadence sensors, reply NO!
This option is used only if you have EXTERNAL sensors.

Yes. with Zwift, MyeTraining and Garmin Fenix. With all my devices.
