Hi all

On my last Zwift-session I had some problems activating ERG mode.

With disabled ERG-mode shifting and resistance was kind of ok, lower gear -> less watts and higher gear -> higher watts and no strange noise even though I could not adjust resistance.

Any thoughts on what can be done? Parts in need of service or replacement?

In the case anyone runs into the same problem....

My problem was solved by Elite support by performing the following:

1. Do the "Resistance Check On Interactive Trainers": https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... e-Trainers

2. - From My E-Training app go to Workouts -> Level Mode (it is a free function so you don't need an active annual subscription)

3. Click on Start and change the level progressively to 16 and now power off the trainer.
- clean accurately the golden endless screw that comes out from the stepper motor (silver cylinder) with a rag
- grease again the golden screw with vaseline grease or a grease for a small mechanical part
- at the end power on the trainer and spread a bit the new grease changing the level

Elite support is really "elite"!
