Direto X (installed via through-axle) with Rizer?

Hello,
I would like to ask if the Direto X is compatible with the Rizer in case that the road-bike is installed via through-axle ? I have not tried it out yet, but it seems as if my bike-front can be "lifted" without problems when attached via through-axle with Direto X.
As far as I had understood, this possibility of vertical movement of the front wheel was the main criteria when deciding if the bike-trainer is compatible with the Rizer.
Could you please check or do you have any experiences in this regard?
Thank you.
Best regards
Gunnar
P.S. [I know that it may be different (not compatible with Rizer) if the bike is attached via quick release to the Direto X, as the connection is fixed then.]
