resistance issue

hello Everybody!
I have got a Direto XR-T since 2022.
the pairing with different software ('MyEtraining, zwift, TPvirtual) is ok.
bluetooth indicator light is bue.
I use my phone (S21 Ultra) with bluetooth 5.0
The issue is resistance is always hard.
From time to time there is a strange noise.

hola, es posible que uno de los imanes del volante de inercia se haya salido de su sitio, si es asi, tendras que desmontar las carcasas para acceder a los imanes y ponerlo en su sito, hay un video por ahi explicandolo.
