I bought an Elite Direto XR and only just got around to opening the box and assembling. I use Campy so removed the SH cassette, fastening sleeve, hub body, then installed the CA ones.
When I went to add the thru axel adaptors I can't get the right adapter to screw in to the fastening sleeve.
It appears the fastening sleeve is not round / crimped.
Can you please send me a replacement that is actually straight?
