Drivo_Noise

Hello,
I am concerned about durability of the drivo.
After a few month problems with noise occur (I had the same issue like in this video):

Seems to me, that this is problem, which occurs often.
So, what is the reasen therefore and how can I prevent this?

I bought an ex demo Drivo online from a reputable cycle shop so I was unsure what was normal noise for the unit
When I saw the video I realized mine had the same noise!
This is no need for concern I removed the side cover and found the noise was coming from the flywheel drive belt slightly rubbing on the end plate I cleaned the belt sides and the noise immediately stopped, and has run silent since.
I love the Drivo it is a sturdy, reliable, excellent product and would recommend it to anyone considering the purchase. We bought it for my son to compete in the Zwift Academy 2017 and for the British weather it is an essential training tool
