Only bluetooth light on power light off no connectivity

Hello,

I have Elite drivo which is 6 days old it was working fine and paired to devices etc.. However today when I powered it on the only light showing is the bluetooth its lit blue and none of my paired devices (Garmin Zwift through ant sensor etc) can see it. Is there anything I can do to rectify this or is it broken and do I need to return it too the store (Halfords UK).

Hi, I have the same problem with mine today, did you get any answers or a replacement, mine was also from halfords and is within warranty(only just).
