problem with drivo and cadence sensor

Hello everyone,,
I have just taken the drivo, but I find a problem with the cadence sensor ... I connected the Garmin one, it recognizes it but when I start any program, the displayed cadence continues to oscillate: 0 - 80 - 0 - 81 - 0 - 80 mobdro lucky patcher kodi... zero is always displayed and then actual cadence.
If I use the sensor with the wire to be connected to the drivo, when I go to look for the sensor I don't read it.
how can I do?
