DRIVO FOUND BUT NO OUTPUT

Hello

I've been happily using my Drivo for a year but tonight I'm having real issues.

My laptop/zwift, ant+ enabled phone and even my garmin edge 1000 can identify and connect with the drivo but there is no output in power, cadence or speed when i turn the pedals.

So basically I cant do any meaningful training.

Obviously I've tried switching it on and off again and let itself power down but nothing seems to work.

Is there a factory reset method? Any help appreciated.

Same thing happened to my Drivo 1 yesterday. Does anyone know what the fix is for this issue? There are other posts on this forum reporting the same problem but I haven’t seen any solutions.

Big thanks to Elite support. The source of my problem was due to my Brother mixing up the power supplies and using a 24V supply instead of 12V. The Drivo control board was damaged as a result. Elite support helped me find the problem and get a replacement board. Now my Drvio One is back online and working perfectly. MY Drivo has been outside warranty for 3 years and Elite didn't hesitate to help me and get me a new board in timely manner. Thanks again!!
