Drivo power & cadence drops

Hi,

My Drivo has worked fine for months but now has started to intermittently dropping power, cadence and HR during rides. I've tried a calibration and tested in both ERG and non ERG modes but it still happens.

The trainer is just over a year old so is there any support i can get from Elite to get this sorted?
