Drivo not working

Hello
Had a Drivo for 2 weeks no problems.
Plugged in today and middle light comes on (blue) and just stays on. No whirring noise or power up or anything. Tried switching on and off. Made sure no other device on. Still a problem. Unit not visible from computer either. Any dongle in computer recognised but nothing beyond
