Drivo, problem with calibration

Hello!
I buy my trainer in 2017 november, and dont have warrianty now. But use it only one month because have problems with health.
And now my drivo lost calibration and show in any app 2000+ W
if i try recalibrate - app show error
s/n 54245
What i can do now for fix my trainer? I'am from Russia and buy trainer in 2017th by official direct preorder in 2016th. Trainer come to me from Belgium.
