Garmin Edge 1030 calibrate Drivo

Do you need to calibrate the Drivo trainer when adding to the sensor within the Garmin Edge 1030 settings?
Hi
Don't use Garmin calibration, as we don't know exactly how it works.
Calibrate the trainer only using our my e-training app/software
