Qubo digital no console not connecting to app

Hi

I have a Qubo digital SN Q 6924 but have lost the original console

I have installed the App on Samsung Galaxy A51 (as this has Ant+, I believe) and can get it to find the device. However, when I try to configure the Qubo it doesn't find it. Just shows the page of this may take a few minutes.

I appreciate this model cannot be upgraded, but can be used with the MyETraining app with Ant+ phone.

Please can someone help with trouble shooting, as currently cannot get resistance or any feedback in the app.
