Hi, i just get an elite qubo digital smart b+ and i got some questions from some issues.
Ok the first issue is that i got a lot of vibration, from the tire probably, but at the same time with the same bike i dont have this issue on a 10 year elite elastogel .
The other and the most serious is about resistance when using exact power numbers. Today i was trying to make a graded test with the elite app using my own powermeter on it and my actuall power was way much more after 250-260 watt. Same happens with garmin 1000 computer too. What i did actually: Keep riding with 90rpm and every minute i add 20 watts. Untill ~200 was all fine. When i turn to 340, my actual power was 420. Way too much. So the question is, doesnt it fix the resistance depend on the given power of an external powermeter?
Than i tried to calibrate via the elite app. I did all the procedure 3 times but it stacked when trying to write the p1,p2,p3 values to my trainer.
So in the end, i wanna ask (and this is the reason i buy a new trainer) if it is possible with some application to read power from my powermeter and adjust the resistance between this number and the number i have chosen?

Re: Elite qubo issues
About the issue, please contact the customer care at [email protected].
There may be an hardware issue (you shouldn't feel the vibration). If there's an hardware issue, also power may be incorrect.
