As indicated in the welcome message of the forum, we don't answer daily here.
In winter season for example almost all our resources are dedicated to the customer care assistances, that are high priority. This means that your message could remain unanswered for many days.
For any urgent question, contact our customer care (we answer there in 24-48h).
About your question, I'd like to do a precisation.
Warranty is not the same for all countries. Here in Europe, warranty lasts 2 years. But in other countries it may vary.
So, refer always to your country law.
