Novo smart won’t go above 570watts when sprinting

Hi so as above I decided to do a Zwift session today and found that when I’m sprinting I’m not getting the full power showing up on Zwift it seems that when using my iPad and Bluetooth the power is lower has anyone found this when I use my pc I get nearly 900watts sprinting. Any help would great thanks
